补充说明

oci 是 Oracle Cloud Infrastructure CLI，按服务组织命令，例如 oci compute、oci os、oci ce。它依赖 profile、tenancy OCID、region 和认证方式。

易错点与排错

大多数资源按 compartment 隔离；不传 --compartment-id 会看不到或建错位置。
tenancy OCID、user OCID、fingerprint 和私钥要成套；任何一项不匹配都会认证失败。
认证方式有 API key、security token、instance principal；CI 里优先用 instance principal 或联邦。
默认分页；需要全量时加 --all，否则只拿到第一页。
--output table 适合人看，脚本用 --output json 并固定字段。
区域和可用域不同；创建实例前确认 AD 和 shape 在该区域可用。
删除 compartment 会级联影响子资源；操作前确认层级。
私钥和配置文件不要提交；~/.oci/config 权限要收紧。
